[comp.os.vms] Can ANU NEWS be obtained by anonymous FTP?

I am looking for a news server to read NNTP news using CMUTEK IP/TCP
software under VMS.  Are there any (ANU NEWS 5.5?) out the waiting
to be FTPed?
