I am a poor operator-programmer working for a poor state agency. I run a VAX 11/750 running VMS, and am looking for gcc and gnu-emacs for VMS. We have no bucks for software. Is there anyone out there who could cut me a tape if I mailed them one? Anyone's help here would be much appreciated.
