Hello to all you net wizards, First I'm sorry if this shows up in some groups where it might not belong. I don't usually read the networking groups so I wasn't sure where to put it. Our Problem: ------------ We want to implement a Task-to-Task communication application between a program running on VAX/VMS (DECnet) and on an IBM-PC/AT (DECnet-DOS). The PC side will function as a server transmitting and receiving binary data from a client program on the VAX side. I have written programs like this to work between two VAX's, but the documentation isn't clear on how this should be written for our specific application. If anyone out there has written anything like this I would like to see an example program (both sides) in either C or Fortran. Please send responses to me directly if possible as I can't spend most of my time scanning through all the newsgroups looking for replies. Benjamin Cohen ners001@vmsa.technion.ac.il
