The Spring 1990 U.S. DECUS Symposium will be held May 7-11, 1990, at
the New Orleans Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. If you
are interested in presenting a session, request and complete a Call
For Participation form and return the form to DECUS by November 20,
1989. You may request a copy of the form by calling Gloria Caputo at
(508) 480-3319.
Presentations come in different formats: formal lecture, panel
discussion, or a question-and-answer session. Remember, you need not
be an expert in your field to present a session. Your skill,
knowledge and experience will be an important addition to the
symposium.
Although DECUS generally receives more submissions than there are
facilities to schedule, DECUS continues to seek a variety of speakers and
topics. You will receive notification of the acceptance of your
submission the week of January 22-26, 1990. Please remember that all
speakers and attendees must register for the symposium, paying the
full registration fee. There is no discount for speakers. For any
additional information, please contact the DECUS office.
