[comp.os.vms] DES

Hi all,

	A friend of mine is looking for a DES routine, for VMS version 
5.2 running SmartStar, or any other encryption routine written in
C.  If at all possible, I'd like to ftp it, but any other method 
would do.  Thanks in advance to any replies.
