=====

NEWSRDR is a full-featured NNTP client for VMS systems running CMU-Tek TCP/IP,
TGV MultiNet, or DEC's VMS/ULTRIX Connection. It is written strictly for
VMS and provides an interface that VMS users should find reasonably
comfortable.

NEWSRDR requires VMS V5.0 or later to run. It should work with CMU-Tek
TCP/IP V6.4 and later, VMS/ULTRIX Connection V1.2 and later, and MultiNet
V2.2. Support for Japanese sites using Kanji in news articles is provided
through the use of an installable library of character conversion routines.
