Included are DELIVER (a mail message handling utility), PATCH (for patching source), MODATT (for modifying file attributes), TC2TT (to translate termcap entries to VMS TERMTABLE format), TAR for VMS, VMS_SHARE file packer (for distribution through electronic mail), and many other tidbits of information from the Internet. There is so much good stuff in here that you should spend a few hours just going through the directory and seeing what is here. Many of these utilities you may already have but they are the latest versions so now is the perfect time to upgrade. There are also many text files containing VMS gems which tell you how to modify your BookReader library, convert your login to an executable, or even how to do I/O redirection from C.
