While the 00README.TXT file is in GERMAN, a translation provided by John Covert follows: - Programm SPI (System Performance Information) ( DECwindows ) - Runs without privileges. - Live representation of processor modes and cpu loading. - Important performance numbers with rates of change. - Update Interval can be changed. - Reset of accumulated data is possible. - Watches its own pagefault rate and adjusts the working set; require only about 200 pages in steady state. - Developed and tested under V5.3-1 - Should also run on multiprocessor systems (not tested).
