Attention Recipients of the Fall 1990 VAX SIG Tape The Fall 1990 VAX SIG tape contains copyrighted software. The program GRAFPROC.EXE in the directory [VAX90B2.WORLTON.7B_GPDEMO] is copyright (c) 1987 by Microsystems Engineering Corporation. The program was unintentionally and inadvertently included as part of a submission to the tape. Those involved with the preparation and distribution of the tape had no knowledge that this submission contained copyrighted software. This notice is to advise you that DECUS recognizes the legality of Microsystems Engineering Corporation's copyright on GRAFPROC.EXE. In no way does DECUS wish to imply that GRAFPROC.EXE is in the public domain solely by it being included in a collection of freely distributable software. Furthermore, DECUS recognizes that use of GRAFPROC.EXE is permitted only when properly licensed from Microsystems Engineering Corporation. Please send this notice to anyone you have given a copy of the Fall 1990 VAX SIG tape. The files in the directory [VAX90B2.WORLTON.7B_GPDEMO] should be removed from your system and should not be included in any additional copies you make of the Fall 1990 VAX SIG tape.
