The Fall 1990 VAX SIG tape contains copyrighted software. The
program GRAFPROC.EXE in the directory [VAX90B2.WORLTON.7B_GPDEMO]
is copyright (c) 1987 by Microsystems Engineering Corporation.

The program was unintentionally and inadvertently included as
part of a submission to the tape. Those involved with the
preparation and distribution of the tape had no knowledge that
        this submission contained copyrighted software.

of Microsystems Engineering Corporation's copyright on
GRAFPROC.EXE. In no way does DECUS wish to imply that
GRAFPROC.EXE is in the public domain solely by it being included
in a collection of freely distributable software. Furthermore,
DECUS recognizes that use of GRAFPROC.EXE is permitted only when
properly licensed from Microsystems Engineering Corporation.

We have already used the DECerase product to remove this from
         our CD-ROM disc.
