Greetings: Our local DECUS group is looking for some good speakers on exciting issues to kick off our meetings after the summer break. We are interested in bringing in speakers of technical and non-technical nature. Our immediate interest is to locate a knowledgable individual who would talk about EIS (Executive Information Systems) to share their knowledge and expertise. It is our intention to create an environment in our local group which would interest management as well as the techies who usually attend the meetings. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please have them contact myself. If anyone has some really good ideas and thoughts to speak on, feel free to forward them on to myself. What do we have to offer ? Well, Victoria B.C. is a beautiful city to visit. We believe we can spring for expenses (at least we will try).
