Yes, kermit has been successfully ported to the UNIX PC to operate with
the on board modem.  It requires changes to two files which have been posted
to the net before. I am operating C-Kermit 4E(67), if you want the changes
to that version write me and I'll mail the to you.

You can (see above) and yes it is much better than Xmodem transfers sometimes.

Dial 201-522-6900 at 300/1200/2400 baud login as guest and follow the

be able to help you get the UNIX PC operating System 3.51 and Development
Tools if you want.
