I was wondering... as far as benchmarks go, how do the various 68xxx machines compare? And how do they stack up against the, for instance, 80386? Keeping in mind how they perform given the same clock rate, and that later versions may be able to run at higher clocks. I really don't want to start a debate here. I'm perfectly aware of compiler differences, various schools of thought on benchmark tests, applications, etc.. I was just interested in a general range. I'm kind of especially interested in how the 68010 in the UNIX-PC stacks up against 80286s, 80386s, 68020 and 68030 (if anyone has any guesses on that one). Thanks! G.
