[unix-pc.general] sendmail for Unix-pc?

Is there a publicly available version of sendmail (or something equivalent)
that runs on the Unix-pc?  I need something to shuffle mail between
uucp and some other network software, and my impression is sendmail is
the "heavy artillery" for this sort of problem.
