I need to replace a dead battery in a unix-pc. I have the machine apart and what is currently installed there is a: Tadiron (Manufacturer) #TL-5101, Size 12AA, 3.6 volt lithium inorganic battery. This is a canister-shaped battery as opposed to the disk-shaped battery I have seen in other units. I have been unable to locate a source for a battery of this type or one which can be cross-referenced to it. Can anyone recommend a source or else suggest an alternate battery (or battery combination) which is known to work properly.
