I got several messages from WP-hungry people demanding to know where they could get the Unix version of WordPerfect. This made me stop and think about where I saw information about this program, and that revealed an embarassing fact: the only reason I think this product exists is I've seen it advertised by WordPerfect Inc. That probably means it's Vaporware, 'cause the same ad showed WP running on the Mac (which version only recently appeared) and the Amiga (which I think is still in development). You could contact WordPerect Inc. directly, but you'll probably have to satisfy yourselves with my apology.

Not quite. I've had WordPerfect operating on my Amiga since August 1987.
