[unix-pc.general] Diffs to ckermit to run under phone manager on the PC7300

I have made minor changes to the C-KERMIT source to allow it to
be invoked from the call screen menu with an already connected line
inhererited from the phone manager.  ( Also need to add a few lines
to Comm_pkgs and Suffixes).

If there is enough interest I can post the diffs.  Please respond
by email.
