Neither identified what version of the kernel they were running! PLEASE, WHEN REPORTING ANY PROBLEMS: ***** IDENTIFY YOUR SOFTWARE VERSION ***** For those of us with several source trees -- about 6, in my case -- it provides SOME focus to the issue.
