[unix-pc.general] window ioctl question

What flag do I have to set to get the "movement" icon on the window when
I modify it via ioctl(window,WIOCSETD,&parameters)?  I can get both
of the scrool bars, the exit icon and the help icon.

You must turn OFF the NBORDMOVE bit.  That bit is "negative logic" for
some reason.
