Anyone come up with a way to modify the DOS73 board so it will
go all the way to 640k?

Yea sure you and about 17,000 other dos73 owners!!

I have one also, but have been put down enough by the memory
problems I just accepted 512K.

Hardware wise the board has a socket for another chip that is
tied to all the dram enables.... Hmmmm seems possible....
Another feature I'm sure IF these things would have caught
on a little better.
