C News has had a number of patches issued for it since I first put it
up on skeeve for anonymous UUCP. I have updated the source and recreated
the cnews.tar.Z file for those who don't have it and want an up-to-date
copy.
For those of you who already have C News but not all the patches, for a
limited time only (until around October 1 or so) the patches are available
separately, in the the file:
-rw-r--r-- 1 arnold users 103383 Sep 18 23:45 cn.pch.cpio.Z
Note that everything is in skeeve!~uucp/dist, not in ~uucp. The file
INDEX is as always a current ls -l of what's there for UUCP.
I haven't yet updated B news to 2.11.18, but the patch was just
posted separately so that shouldn't be a major issue.
If you've lost your instructions for access to skeeve (shame on you!)
then let me know and I'll send it via email.
