[att.sys.3b] VMIN AND VTIME

AT&T 3B15 Computer Version 1 UNIX SYSTEM V RELEASE 2.1.1

We are running a 3b15 with SADL ports and are having problems with the
first and/or second characters being dropped from function keys.  The
system is put in raw mode via an ioctl call setting the VMIN to 1
and the VTIME to 0.    The Release notes for 2.1.1 say the problem is
fixed, but we still are encountering it.  (see pages 5-6)

Is anyone else having these problems??  (Remember, the term is put into raw 
mode)
