To all who use we13 as a transfer point or a forwarding machine:

WE13 DOWN FROM FRIDAY JULY 9 UNTIL MONDAY JULY 26

This system will be offline for 2 weeks beginning July 9th due to
massive computer room expansion and reconstruction.  Please try an
alternate route for mail until such time as we are up again.
