As I agree completely with Mark Horton's position (see net.news) that
net.jokes.q and suchlike must not be subgroups of net.jokes, utzoo will
no longer relay net.jokes.q or net.limerick .  We can and will relay the
replacement newsgroups, ug.jokes and ug.limerick .
