By changing the call to pw_open() in libsun, to pw_open_monochrome(), you can get X to run in mono chrome mode on the 110. (It'll then be upto you to decide if you want to run that way). I dont know of anyone who has made X work on the 110's with color. If somebody has done this, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
