The point to understand about ads on the net is that there is no clear consensus about what is correct use of the net, much less enforcement of rules of conduct or standards of usage. This means the net is wide open to exploitation by commercial enterprises. I get on the net and tell people I need cs-types or I have micros for sale and I can support that these things are of wide interest in the groups where I posted them. But what is to stop the net from becoming a medium of commerce? Oh,yeah! When the situation arrives we will recognize it and take steps... Who "we" and who has the right to say what should be on the net? I just don't like things that belong in classified ads appearing in the net. Steve Radtke !pyuxa!u1100a!sr
