[comp.windows.x] fixes for Sun Xv10.4 implementation

I just came across another bug in the Sun implementation of Xv10.4.  You
cannot get the bitmap for a character of a font.  The files changed are
textutil.c and bitpix.c (CopyText and CharBitmap, respectively) and the
new files are on hoser.berkeley.edu.
