[comp.windows.x] Oops--Cursor Filename Examples Still Slightly Too Long.

In my cursor examples, I suggested alternate cursor names to get within
the 14 character uniqueness requirement imposed by HPUX.  My examples were
slightly off.

It SHOULD have been:

  sb_v_double_arrow.cursor       ->  sb_v_2_arrow.cursor
  sb_v_double_arrow_mask.cursor  ->  sb_v_2_arrow_mask.cursor
  sb_h_double_arrow.cursor       ->  sb_h_2_arrow.cursor
  sb_h_double_arrow_mask.cursor  ->  sb_h_2_arrow_mask.cursor
  sb_right_arrow.cursor          ->  sb_r_arrow.cursor
  sb_right_arrow_mask.cursor     ->  sb_r_arrow_mask.cursor
