Gee, I figured maybe I'd get five or ten replies. Last I checked, it was over twenty. So, I shall make good on the offer. A compendium of questions and answers will be available at an e-mail box near you soon! I anticipate 3-4 weeks (there are over 500 messages to sort through, organize and then put together in a coherent fashion.)
