[comp.windows.x] can't make X11

I have been trying to build X11 on a Vaxstation II running MORE bsd4.3 from
Mt Xinu.  The build mostly goes ok,  except one of the makefiles that makes
the qvss driver ( the one I need ) keeps giving the error:

Make:  Don't know how to make /usr/include/vaxuba/qevent.h.  Stop.

I have looked everywhere for that file and I can't find it.  Anyone know
what might be going on here?  Any help will be met with the deepest
gratitude.
