What ever happened to the original question that started this whole
discussion?? I've been reading news ever since Duke was the center
of the world and have seen (only one of many examples) three sets
of light bulb jokes come through. I have seen isolated solutions
(like create a net.experts where people can look for the current
experts on a subject).
Quite frankly the news sometimes gets real old. The ARPA digests
don't seem to have this problem of running in circles? Maybe that
is the sign of a bulliten board that has matured?
