[comp.windows.x] X Conference tutorials moving to January 13

Due to the number of talks and BOFs we need to cram into the 14th and
15th, we are forced to move the tutorials to January 13th.  There will
be two tutorials, "Programming with X11" in the morning, and "The Xtk
Toolkit" in the afternoon.  Exact times and location will be announced
later, with the rest of the schedule.
