[comp.windows.x] hoser's demise

After logging on to hoser (12/22) anonymous ftp, I noticed that there
were no longer any files.  What gives?  Is another machine taking
its place or is it a file system problem?

Actually, it's something a lot less dramatic. The etc and bin directories
that used to live in ~x got wasted and I haven't had time to deal with
resurrecting them yet. If you ftp in as X, password x (case is important)
everything will work fine. I'll resurrect anonymous ftp soon.
