I have been getting lots of failed mail recently when trying to reply to
news articles that come to us via the harpo!ihnp4 link. What is going on?
Is this another one of those pain in the *&%#@! links like cca!sri-unix
that passes news but not mail, so that the "r" command won't ever work,
or is this a temporary problem of some sort? The rejection messags are
from the harpo mailer daemon.

P.S. Could someone provide me with a path from harpo or decvax
to ihnp4 that DOES work so I can reply manually to those articles?
