[comp.windows.x] Fixed Width Fonts for X

I'm trying to emulate an ImagePhone interface, and to do so I need a very
skinny fixed width font (8x16).  As there seems to be a dearth of fixed
width fonts in our /usr/X/font, I need:

1)  An existing 8x16 X font

		--OR--

2)  Some sort of X font editor so that I can create the beastie,

		--OR--

3)  A way to convert Sun fixedwidthfonts to X format.  (That way, I can design
    my font using fontedit.)


Any help is VERY appreciated.
