[net.news.group] net.bizzare

Since it seems that this newgroup does full a need it should be
left going until it is deemed that it no longer serves a purpose.

Please add my name to the growing throngs who wish to see
net.bizzare returned to its rightful place on the net.
Surely there is a need for this type of group. It is a
shame that those who initiated this group didn't take the
proper steps (petition, blood test, bribes, etc.), but in
just the short time it was allowed to exist, it did
generate a lot of traffic. I would therefore ask those
responsible for removing this group from the net to
have a change of heart and re-institute this valuable
escape valve. A coupon for a six pack of new coke will
be sent by return mail.
Seriously, there are alot of us out here who would like to
submit material of a satirical nature to the net and there
is no real outlet for it. Net.bizzare seemed the perfect place
to do this sort of thing as the name of the group was a tip
off as to what one could expect and therefore less likely to
rub people the wrong way if they view things a little too
seriously. Items such as Stupid Peoples Court and K.T's
movie reviews would seem to fit in this category perfectly.
