Is the logo displayed by the Logo Xaw widget trademarked? If so, is this trademark usable for server developers? I would like to include the logo in some "about" information in an X11 server. But ONLY if I don't have to license the trademark, or anything nasty-legal like that. Thanx, Alan {}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{}{} Alan Mimms My opinions are generally Apple Computer pretty worthless, but Communications Products they *are* my own... MIT would like to claim trademark of the X design in that logo, as well as the "complete" logo (with the word "Window" above and "System" below) as represented on the brochures and posters given out at the recent Uniforum. Unfortunately, there isn't any such indication on those brochures or posters or in V11R2, so I'll leave it to you to figure out where we stand legally. As with all X materials owned by MIT, the intention is definitely to allow general use of the design, no license is required.
