The third beta (and last) beta release of awm is now available for anonymous ftp on ucbvax.berkeley.edu (128.32.137.3). This is the last beta release of awm, the next release will be a production release. Since this is a beta, the usual cautions apply. You should find it a lot more solid than the previous two, however. Many thanks for the contributions and suggestions everyone sent in. You know who you are. Now for the fly in in ointment. I'm leaving tomorrow morning (5 scant hours away) for West Germany and won't be able to respond to bug reports and the like until the 24th of May. By all means, send them to me, but don't expect a quick reply. It is suggested that you keep your old version of awm around until this one proves stable. Finally, it may be possible to reach my in Germany, but I'm not positive if they have set things up on that end. Mail your bug reports to: uunet.uu.net!unido!pcsbst!jkh *AND* jkh@violet.berkeley.edu. The German address is given because I will be hacking there for a couple of days and would be happy to get feedback.
