[comp.windows.x] need toolkit example

Does someone have a simple (or not so simple) programing using the the
toolkit, scrollbars, menus & what-ever-its-called-in-X-that-acts-like-a-Canvas?

If so, can you mail it to me? Every time I look at the X toolkit manual, I
sigh deeply & do something else.
