Under X10 using uwm I always got a title bar on my xterm windows.
Now under X11R2 I get none. I have tried the -title and -name
arguments on the xterm command but neither work.
Is this not possible any more or can some one tell me how to
do it?

In X V10R4, the title bar on an xterm window is the responsibility of that xterm.
