Without trying to be tooooo rude. I would very much appreciate it if I never saw another copy of awm. I am seconding the following mail message posted yesterday on the net. From: David Rosenthal <dshr%sun.com> To: "Jordan K. Hubbard" <ardent!jkh%decwrl.dec.com%csnet-relay> Is there any way you can be persuaded to use the "xstuff" technology instead of dumping these immense quantities of code into my overflowing mailbox? We set up a server using the same technology for NeWS, it has been very popoular and has materially reduced the overhead for people reading NeWS-makers. David. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, never again. Thank you in advance for not stuffing up my mail box !!!!!!!!! Have a good one. Michael I Angerman Computing Research Lab New Mexico State University Las Cruces, NM 88001 mangerma@nmsu.edu

Were you trying to accomplish something with that posting, or did you just decide that it would be nice to publically flame me for no particularly good reason? I'd vote for the latter since it's obvious by now that I can't do anything about your mailbox, or the erratic mailer behaviour that filled it, I've already made it obvious that I intend to go about posting awm in the future by entirely different means and I've publically apologised. What else am I supposed to do? Kindly restrict this sort of thing to personal mail in the future. We all saw Dave's original message and you're accomplishing nothing by whining about it all over again on xpert. Thank you. Jordan K. Hubbard P.S. I cc'd this to xpert in hopes of preventing more of the same. I'm getting a little tired of this.
