In CLX, `regions' are only mentioned in doc.l; I can't find the actual implementation. Am I missing a file or are regions not implemented at all? If the latter is true, will the region code be provided in release 3?

If the latter is true, will the region code be provided in release 3? No. I wrote a version, but I'm not happy with it. If you (or anyone else) would like to contribute an implementation, I'll be glad to send you what I've got.
