[comp.windows.x] latest xfig patches

dana@dino.bellcore.com (Dana A. Chee) (08/26/88)

The latest patches for xfig have been stored on expo and posted to
comp.sources.x. These changes incorporate the updates made by John
Kohl (jtkohl@athena.mit.edu) and announced a few days ago.

These have been tested on Sun monochrome and pseudocolor displays.
Those with other display types, please provide feedback if anything
doesn't work properly.

Color and inverse video on a monochrome now work correctly, scaling a
compound can be done from both the sides as well as the corners, and
compounds can be contained within compounds.

Note: the landscape mode option is now -L as opposed to -l (name
conflict with (-left for a left sided panel).

xfig now has a directory on expo, with the original tar file, the four
patch files, fig2latex, and fig2tex.

If anyone experiences any problems, please let me know.
