[comp.windows.x] Porting X Client code

Hi,

  I am interested in porting X client code to an ETA supercomputer
  running VOS and to an IBM 3081 VM system.  Does anyone know if this
  is possible?  If anyone has experience in doing so, I would love
  to hear from you.  Would you have any estimate on the
  amount of effort necessary to  port the client code?  I am new
  to X and could use advice.
