[comp.windows.x] Questions on HP Widget Set

Could somebody please enlighten me on the features of the HP widget set?
What's new with HP , what other X stuff is needed to compile/install it on 
a SUN3 running OS3.5 and, most important, how can one get it via mail 
since there is no ftp access to the Internet from Switzerland)?

PS: I may be appropriate to mail answers directly instead of posting to
    comp.windows.x, since everybody else on the list seems to know about
    the HP stuff :-)
