Has anyone managed to build a working X11 server for a VS2000 (color or monochrome) running Ultrix 2.2? I rebuilt the core distribution from the sources on expo after applying all of the patches available there and got the following results: Monochrome machine (Xqvss driver): everything works fine EXCEPT the cursor is always a solid white box. All worked well under Ultrix 2.0 (at least as far as X11 was concerned). Color machine (Xqdss driver): If I'm lucky, the server will allow the cursor to be moved for five seconds or so and then freezes up. I've never managed to open a window on the screen under X11. For now, I have to stick with the X10R4 distribution that came with Ultrix. Both our color machines came with Ultrix 2.2, so I don't know whether the problem is in 2.2 or in the Xqdss server.
