I receive news in batch mode from philabs. The contact person
at philabs doesn't seem to be able to set up his system so that
it will only send me the news groups we want. The torrential
flood of news that comes in each night keeps overflowing my disk.
Filtering out the unwanted newsgroups at this end does no good
since (a) we want way too many groups than will fit on a single
line in the /usr/lib/news/sys file, and (b) this would not stop
the rest of the batch file from being transmitted so the disk
would still overflow anyway. Can anyone tell me how to solve
this problem?
