[comp.windows.x] JoinRound mode in line drawing

Has anyone tried using JoinRound while drawing lines?  We have
tried many different rect. sizes and line thicknesses, but nothing seems
to work.  The rectangle is always a rectangle.  We just can't get it
to look like the picture in the O'Rielly manuals.
