Unfortunately, there was one error in the errata I just posted to the O'Reilly and Associates Xlib books! In the correction for Page 263 of Volume Two, the Xlib Reference Manual, I said that XInternAtom returns the ID of the atom whether or not it creates the atom. Untrue! The truth (I swear!) is that XInternAtom returns the atom if the atom exists, or if it doesn't yet exist and only_if_exists is False.
