[ I'm posting this for a friend so please reply to him; his .signature is appended below. ] Thanks to a reply from my last posting, I have found out about WidgetMaster from Stepping Stone Software. Does anyone out there have any experience working with this, or other software that does similar things? [WidgetMaster lets you define a high level description file for your user interface which it interprets at run time, and lets you tie your functions to its menus etc. Giving you access to sets of Widgets, and letting you add new sets of Widgets. It is sold as a prototyping tool and something that lets you get going with X windows quickly without having to learn a great deal about the underlying functions and data types.] As well, does any one have experience porting WidgetMaster to work on a System V (R3) system? Any help would be appreciated. --------- Christopher Prince, Alberta Research Council, UUCP: chris%arcsun.uucp%ubc.csnet@relay.cs.net 6815 8th Street NE, 3rd Floor arcsun!chris@uunet Calgary, Alberta, prince%noah.arc.cdn@alberta.uucp CANADA T2E 7H7 CDNnet: prince@noah.arc.cdn (403) 297-2600
