Does the "ExpandManNames" switch actually do anything? I built R3 for the SUN. In "Sun.macros" this switch is turned on, but I still end up with man filenames that are abbreviated. Anybody know anything about this? &ted ARPAnet: tek@penzance.cs.ucla.edu UUCP: ...!ucbvax!ucla-cs!tek

Man pages were redone and support for this was removed (ExpandManNames should have been taken out). You can use the expand.names shell script in doc/Xlib/Xman/ once you've installed the pages. Jim
